The National Coordinator of Arise for Good Governance–Tinubu Support Group, Ambassador Prince Dr Ogoh, and the Southeast Coordinator, Ambassador Reuben Uche Egwu, have expressed confidence in securing strong grassroots support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

Speaking in Port Harcourt, Dr Ogoh urged Nigerians to sustain what he described as the administration’s ongoing infrastructure, economic reform and human capital development efforts, arguing that continuity would enable the government to consolidate its programmes.

He said the support group would intensify nationwide advocacy and grassroots mobilisation to communicate the administration’s policies and achievements to citizens ahead of the 2027 elections.

Egwu, who endorsed the position of the national coordinator, assured that the Southeast would actively participate in the campaign for continuity. He said the organisation would deploy its structures across the five Southeast states to mobilise support and engage citizens on governance, national development and unity.

“The Southeast is ready to participate actively in the campaign for continuity. We shall mobilise massively across the five states and ensure that the President receives overwhelming support from the region in 2027,” Egwu said.

He maintained that the group’s mobilisation would focus on grassroots engagement rather than political slogans, while urging its members to remain peaceful and committed to their responsibilities.

Egwu further said the Southeast leadership would collaborate with the national leadership and other pro-Tinubu groups to build what he described as a formidable grassroots coalition ahead of the presidential election.

“We are not leaving anything to chance. From the grassroots to the urban centres, we shall take the message of continuity, good governance and national development to the people. The Southeast will deliver massive votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027,” he declared.

Dr Ogoh made the declaration while speaking in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State Capital on the political direction of the country ahead of the 2027 general elections, insisting that Nigerians should place national development above partisan calculations.

According to him, the current administration has embarked on a blend of infrastructure renewal, economic reforms and human capital development which, he said, requires continuity for the benefits to be fully consolidated.

“No Nigerian who genuinely desires the progress, stability and prosperity of this country should contemplate halting this development trajectory by contesting against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027. What Nigeria needs at this moment is continuity, consolidation and the completion of the transformation already underway,” he stated.

He said the group would intensify its nationwide advocacy and grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections, assuring that its structures across the country would continue to educate Nigerians on what he described as the achievements and development agenda of the Tinubu administration.

Dr Ogoh expressed confidence that the President would secure a renewed mandate in 2027, declaring that the group’s mobilisation machinery was prepared to reach communities across the federation.

Meanwhile, the Southeast Coordinator of Arise for Good Governance–Tinubu Support Group, Ambassador Reuben Uche Egwu, has corroborated the position of the National Coordinator, assuring that the Southeast would play a decisive role in delivering massive votes for President Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.

Ambassador Egwu said the Southeast was increasingly recognising the importance of engaging constructively with the Federal Government and ensuring that the region was not left behind in the national development process.

He said the group would deploy its structures across the five Southeast states to mobilise support for the President and communicate his policies and programmes to the people at the grassroots.

“I completely align myself with the position of our National Coordinator. The Southeast is ready to participate actively in the campaign for continuity. We shall mobilise massively across the five states and ensure that the President receives overwhelming support from the region in 2027,” Egwu assured.

According to him, the group’s advocacy would not be based on empty political slogans but on engaging citizens on governance, development, national unity and the need for continuity in government programmes.

He urged members and supporters of the group across the Southeast to remain focused, peaceful and committed to their grassroots mobilisation responsibilities.

Egwu further assured that the Southeast leadership of the organisation would work closely with its national leadership and other pro-Tinubu groups to build a formidable grassroots coalition ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

He maintained that with sustained advocacy, effective mobilisation and constructive engagement with the people, Arise for Good Governance–Tinubu Support Group would make a significant contribution towards securing President Tinubu’s re-election.
